Keep in mind that they still have a list of items, remedies and suggestions to put in place but you can notice a difference in how the space looks and feels.
Many may say looking at this picture that they would not want to sit on the bench, the leather chairs have been moved and organized outside of the frame to provide additional comfortable seating while waiting.

Good eye, it makes it more welcoming and allows the energy/relationship between the staff and the customer a little more free flowing. Great fix
